Experience Spanish for seniors with our special “Master Class 60+” courses. Our courses, which take place four times a year, are ideal for older language students who want to learn in a relaxed atmosphere with peers. The two-week course offers instruction in small groups of a maximum of five people and covers three proficiency levels (A1, A2, B1). The direct method ensures that only Spanish is spoken from the start, with a focus on everyday situations. Our experienced teachers make the lessons lively and entertaining while improving your communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
The Intensive and Super Intensive courses are fundamentally aimed at all age groups from 16 years old, including seniors. Many participants in these courses are over 60 and feel perfectly at home here. The Intensive and Super Intensive courses start every Monday from the end of February until November. <\/p>\n
However, there are also older language students who occasionally prefer to learn with peers at a slightly slower pace and in a very relaxed atmosphere. For this group of people, we offer the “Master Class 60+” Spanish course for seniors four times a year. <\/p>\n
The linguistic goal of the Master Class course is primarily to improve the Spanish communication skills of the participants in typical situations of Spanish daily life.<\/p>\n
The duration of the Spanish for seniors course is 2 weeks and it is held at 3 levels (A1, A2 and B1). You learn in very small groups of max. 5, and on average 3 people. <\/p>\n
Lessons take place from Monday to Friday and comprise 4 lessons per day. They usually start at 09:30 and end at 13:00, with a half-hour break in between. <\/p>\n
As in all of our language courses, our teachers attach great importance to speaking a lot in the Spanish for seniors course. We teach exclusively using the direct method, i.e. only Spanish is spoken from the very beginning. Our team is very well trained, regularly attends further training courses and teaches the material with a lot of fun, humor and inventiveness. <\/p>\n
Beginners learn the most important vocabulary to easily find their way in everyday situations. This includes, for example, placing an order in a caf\u00e9 or restaurant, doing the shopping, booking a hotel room or car, and similar tasks. <\/p>\n
The grammar is explained, but it is not the main focus.<\/p>\n
The higher level also frequently deals with everyday situations, as they are well-suited for practicing fluent speaking. Furthermore, we are also keen to ensure that the participant expands their knowledge of the Spanish way of life and culture. <\/p>\n
Our topics are not fixed; our teachers make suggestions and usually select them together with the language students.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
In addition to the course, an extensive Leisure and Culture Program is also offered in the language course for seniors.<\/p>\n
Teilweise deckt sich dieses mit den Aktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr die j\u00fcngeren Sprachsch\u00fcler (z.B. feiern wir gemeinsam eine Fiesta in unserem Patio oder unternehmen alle zusammen die Ruta Hist\u00f3rica durch Conil. Unsere langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung – seit 30 Jahren unterrichten wir Spanisch als Fremdsprache – zeigt uns immer wieder, dass die Mischung von \u201eJung und Alt\u201c zu einem interessanten Austausch f\u00fchrt und nicht nur das Kultur-und Freizeit Programm dadurch sehr belebt wird. <\/p>\n
However, there are also some activities that we offer specifically for seniors, partly because their interests are different or because, for example, a slower pace is desired for sporting activities.<\/p>\n
These include excursions, museum visits, a bike tour, or a beach walk. Our program is not rigid; it changes depending on the season, the number of participants, and their interests. <\/p>\n
In addition to the language course, we also arrange suitable accommodation.<\/p>\n
There is the option to live very comfortably with other language students in our school building in the Apartment Plus. For those who want to live completely independently, we will find a separate apartment, and for those who want to immerse themselves deeply in Spanish life, they can arrange a nice host family through us. <\/p>\n

The shortest route to Conil de la Frontera is via Jerez de la Frontera Airport, followed by Seville and M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n
Various airlines fly to these airports, and there are regular bus or train services from all of them. We are happy to assist you in finding an affordable flight and connections for the airport transfer. If you wish, you can also book the taxi transfer from Jerez de la Frontera to Conil right away. <\/p>\n
