You will receive written confirmation of your booking including detailed information about the alternative ways of travelling to the school and the meeting point.
After receiving confirmation of your booking, a deposit of 10% of the total price of the course must be made payable to us within two weeks to the account stated. This deposit will never exceed 250 Euros. The balance is payable within the first week to the school in Spain. If you book a course lasting longer than 4 weeks, the balance outstanding on the first four weeks of class must be paid also in the first week on arrival at the school.
Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing (this includes e-mail) by the person who has contracted the course. If such notification is received more than four weeks before the course begins only a processing fee of 15 Euros is payable. If the notification is received less than four weeks before the course starts, the entire deposit will be retained. You have the right to reclaim the deposit if you can personally furnish proof that the academy has incurred in no expenditure on your behalf.
In the unlikely event that the services promised are not fulfilled, we can liable for up to three times the expenses of your course. We cannot be held liable to accept responsibility for bodily injury or illness during your stay.
