Terms and Conditions – Academia Atlántika

1. Registration and Payment
Once we receive your registration, we will send a confirmation of your reserved spot along
with detailed information about the trip via email.
Upon receiving the course confirmation, a deposit of 10% of the total price (maximum
€250.00) must be paid by bank transfer to the specified account. The deposit must be paid
within two weeks.

The remaining balance must be paid at the beginning of the course directly at the school.
Upon request, this payment may also be made by bank transfer before the course begins.

2. Courses
One lesson consists of 45 minutes.
Groups are formed with a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number of participants
is not reached, we offer private lessons. The price remains the same, but the lesson time
would be reduced by half. Since we form a group starting with just 2 people, it is rarely
necessary to switch to individual lessons.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing (by post, fax, or email) by the person who made the
booking. If the cancellation is made four weeks before the course starts, only €35.00 will be
retained as an administrative fee. If the cancellation occurs after this period, the full deposit
will be retained.

4. Attendance and Punctuality
Punctuality is expected. Missed classes by the student are neither refundable nor
recoverable.

5. Schedule Changes
Academia Atlántika reserves the right to modify class times or dates due to force majeure,
with prior notice.

6. Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected. The academy may suspend any participant who does not
respect the learning environment.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the course are the exclusive property of Academia Atlántika.
Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Limited Contractual Liability
Our contractual liability for damages that are not personal injuries is limited to three times
the travel price, provided that the damage was not caused intentionally or by gross
negligence.
