After receipt of your registration you will immediately receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with detailed information e.g. about the transfer and meeting point.
In this confirmation we ask you to transfer a deposit of 10% of the course fee, but not more than 250,– Euro, to a German bank account within 2 weeks. The remaining amount is to be paid within the first week at the course location. Bank charges that may arise from the transfer are to be paid by the client. “Long-term bookers” (course duration longer than 4 weeks) pay the remaining amount for the first 4 course weeks also within the first course week at the course location. The remaining course fee can then be paid on a staggered weekly basis, after the lessons have taken place.
If a participant withdraws from the language course within the last 4 weeks before the start of the course, the deposit will be retained. In case of an earlier cancellation, only a processing fee of 25,- Euro will be charged. The traveller reserves the right to prove lower or no costs.
Academia Atlántika is liable for damages, which are not bodily injuries, up to the amount of three times the travel price, insofar as a damage to the traveller was caused neither intentionally nor by gross negligence.
